The
beach Radhanagar holds a position
of pride among the people of Andaman
and Nicobar islands. Located in Havelock
island, the beach Radhanagar is also
known as the beach number 7, like
most beaches on the island are numbered.
It is located only seven kilometres
from Dolphin Yatra Niwas. The tranquility
of the beach Radhanagar must be seen
to be believed. The turquoise blue
of the sea, sanitation, seeds of white
sand on the beach and dense foliage
when you give a shelter against the
sun, memories you will not forget
easily.

Asia by Time magazine in 2004. The
wealth of flora and fauna of Radhanagar
beach made it a favorite for lovers
of nature. It gives you the perfect
place to escape civilization. The
water is packed with some of the most
beautiful coral reefs, lending the
water a single hue of blue turquoise.
In addition to the usual activities
of swimming and sunbathing, beach
Radhanagar offers some of the best
spots for snorkeling, with some beautiful
reefs marked the shore. Some shanties
along the beach also offers rent masks
and flippers to dive at a rate of
Rs.50 each.
There are several
ways to get Radhanagar Beach. While
walking is the most common, you can
even take buses running regularly
in the region, sharing trucks or rent
bikes and cycles of the beach. Another
popular activity is the island campsites,
managed by the Office of Tourism Andaman,
which rents pre-established tents
in a range of Rs.150 to Rs.500. Although
some elephant rides provide a memorable
experience, sunsets on the beach Radhanagar
is the most beautiful sight and not
to be missed!
